Session Rates

• $150 New Client Intake Session

• $150 Individual Online Teletherapy Session

  
  

Individual sessions typically last 50 to 55 minutes. It is possible to schedule longer sessions with Lori, as needed, and can be arranged ahead of time for an agreed upon rate.

Group sessions (when offered) typically last 60 to 90 minutes.

Payment

Lori accepts Visa, Mastercard, and most HSA cards.  Payment in full is due at the session.  I also work with the client's religious leaders (i.e. bishop or priest) upon payment agreement.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand.  If you miss a session without canceling, or cancel with less than 24 hour notice, you will be required to pay a no-show fee of 100% your session fee. I will be happy to have your session via phone or secure video service during your scheduled slot if you are unable to make it due to inclement weather or sickness.

It is important to note that insurance companies do not provide reimbursement for cancelled or missed sessions; thus, you will be responsible for the cancellation/missed appointment fee.  

In addition, you are responsible for coming to your session on time.  If you are late, your appointment will still end at the scheduled time.

Your health plan may cover some of your services, depending on your provider. I only accept the insurances in my practice. Please check with your provider to see how they cover therapy. Questions to ask your insurance: Do you cover mental health? What's my deductible and have I met it? How many sessions per year are covered? Do I need my doctor's approval? What's my copay per session?
